
Jonah Lusis is a licensed naturopathic doctor whose main areas of clinical interest are gastrointestinal health and treatment of chronic pain. His proactive approach to long-term health and disease prevention includes a detailed examination of a patient's medical history, monitoring ongoing health issues and working with a patient's other healthcare providers in order to provide a thorough and comprehensive care package.
A graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and earning a Bachelor degree in Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto, Jonah's post-CCNM training includes courses in Suikodo therapy, medical herbalism and classical homeopathy. He has completed an acupuncture internship at Mackay Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan and has earned certification from the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia and the Mind/Body Medical Institute, and affiliate of the Harvard Medical School Department of Continuing Education.
Jonah has lectured on naturopathic medicine at the University of Toronto, at Environment Canada and at the Canadian Television Fund. He has also written articles for Metro, Toronto's daily commuter newspaper, and has been featured in Now Magazine, Toronto's alternative news publication as a health expert. Jonah is an active member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
